However, in case you receive a damaged or defective product, we do accept returns under the following conditions:
Conditions for Return
Eligibility for Return
Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended.
You must notify us of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that are in good working condition and free from damage cannot be returned.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or installation errors will not be eligible for return.
Verification Process
Customers may be asked to provide photographs or videos of the damaged/defective product.
Once verified, we will arrange for a return pickup or guide you through the return process.
Refund/Replacement
After successful inspection of the returned product, we will either replace the item or initiate a refund to your original payment method, as per your preference.
Refund processing may take [X working days] after approval.
Important Notes
All returned products must be in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.
MH Electrical reserves the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.
